Digital Printing (Sublimation)

Digital printing is an advanced technology that produces millions of colours in printing. Using the sublimation printing method, visuals and patterns are first printed on paper with wide-format printers, then transferred from paper to fabric with a calendar press heated to between 200 and 220 degrees.

Fabrics used in this process must be optical white or ecru and 100% polyester. These properties are important for print quality, durability and warranty coverage.

Printing can also be done on lighter-toned fabrics and polyester-cotton blends; however, possible colour differences and durability issues in these cases are the customer's responsibility.
